Elevation

Elevation is a segment attribute. It has no effect on navigation.

In most cases, Elevation should be indicated as it is in the real world. Default "Ground level" or 0 or, in the case of a viaduct: the upper road one level higher than the underlying road. In the case of a tunnel, the level can be set to -1 or -2.

There is one exception: The elevation of Railways must be set to -5.
